Shekla Tibsi Special

A ritual of smoke and spice, seared in clay over live coals to capture the spirit of the Ethiopian highlands.

The Heritage of the Shekla

Named after the traditional clay pot in which it is served, the Shekla Tibsi is more than a meal–it is a performance. Historically reserved for festive gatherings and honored guests, our recipe has been passed down through three generations of the Bella family.

The secret lies in the 'Shekla' itself; the porous clay retains heat and imparts a subtle, earthy minerality to the tender prime beef, while the burning charcoal beneath keeps the meat sizzling throughout your journey.
